Visionary
Visionary – Akihabara-based HR service helping professionals break into fast-growing sectors like IT, web, gaming, VR, the metaverse, and live streaming.
This project is a Visionary brand page that communicates a brand’s identity and design direction.
My role involved the Web/UI design, visual narrative structure, and layout composition also Illustration.
I designed the layout in Figma, focusing on typography, spacing, and visual rhythm to communicate both concept and identity.

Problem
The main challenge was designing a page that feels conceptually meaningful while still guiding the user through coherent content.
Because Visionary concept can be abstract, the design needed a clear flow and strong visual hierarchy to help users understand the story without ambiguity.
Solution
The redesign aims to create a bright and trustworthy impression by introducing a warmer, more approachable visual concept that increases user confidence in Visionary. Key information is consolidated into a single, streamlined page to reduce complexity and allow users to easily search for relevant job opportunities and submit inquiries. At the same time, Visionary’s mission and value proposition are clearly communicated, reinforcing its commitment to meaningful matches and helping users feel confident in choosing the service.
The Impact
The impact of the design was that it clarified the visionary concept in a way that feels compelling and easy to follow.
By structuring the page with clear sections and visual rhythm, users can grasp the brand’s identity without feeling overwhelmed.
Additionally, the visual pacing and layout help reinforce the emotional tone of the visionary narrative.
