Several campaigns and listing pages were underperforming in terms of CTR and conversion.

I approached each asset with a performance-first mindset:

  • Redesigned thumbnails for stronger visual hierarchy

Redesigned each listing page thumbnails for seasonal promotions and campaign rollouts to improve first-impression impact and click performance in the service website.

Social Media Video

Paid and unpaid social video campaigns were launched to improve awareness and drive qualified traffic in multiple languages. Initial creatives required stronger first-frame impact and clearer messaging to compete in fast-scrolling mobile feeds.

Banner Ad Optimization

Redesigned and optimized banner ads for paid and organic campaigns to improve visibility, messaging clarity, and click-through performance. Collaborated closely with the marketing team to A/B test creative variations and iteratively update banners weekly based on performance metrics.
